I have been using Ken's for a couple years now, Scott has a no BS, efficient approach and the staff is always respectful and professional. When the starter went out on my Saab (apparently not the most common part around) they figured out the problem the same day and ordered the part. I had to wait for the part to arrive, but once it did they stayed late on a Friday to get the work done so I could take the car.

Great customer service and quality work. Final bill was $100.00 less then original quote!!! They will definitely get my return business.
