I unfortunately spent a half dozen trips and thousands of dollars at a local repair tech garage downtown. Each trip, it was something new that would cost more. The problems were never mitigated. Go to Ken's. Honest and knowledgeable. Repairs done correctly the first time.

They kept me informed throughout via text message or phone calls the entire time the box truck was left there. We did have a minor inconvenience on my behalf, but they handled the situation effectively and politely and remained calm.

Friendly-good customer service - respect my time and need & keep questioning until I feel satisfied and confident 99.9%. Good updates/well-informative via the device and the receipt keeps in the Kens Muffler folder nicely. Good decent cost for the needed-repair as whole plus the labor cost. For my further repairs on my car when my other mechanic can't from the different auto shop, I possibly will return back!

Great shop. I bring in my older out of warranty vehicles and they have been spot on diagnosing and fixing problems unlike other shops in the area that start replacing parts for no reason. I like the detailed diagnostics and service recommendations.
