I really (but not intentionally) gave Ken's the chance to prove they mean what they say about customer satisfaction. I bought a perfomance muffler for my Mk1 GTI. It was a tight fit. It took two return visits to eliminate the rubbings and vibrations, and in this case, another smaller muffler - the work done all on their own nickel. I have a nice solution now. They WILL make good on your installation! I will be coming back with my other cars.

Another "muffler" shop in Fort Collins quoted me $900 to fix my exhaust. When I complained about the price, they said they might be able to do the job differently, for $500, but it might not work. Ken's Muffler did the repair for $200 and they did it in 2 hours the same night I brought it to them to look at. It seems to be working just fine. Thanks Ken's!

They were able to get me in quickly and was done even quicker. They were courteous and suggested some things I could do, but didn't try to charge me 3 times as much for better oil or a filter etc, like most of the typical places do. Would definitely suggest them.
