I have been a customer of Ken's Muffler for almost fifteen years now, when Scott (now one of the owners) was my mechanic. He fixed my many problems the first time on multiple vehicles without me ever having to take the vehicle back a second time.Ken's Muffler has recently implemented many improvements: remodel inside for the customer lounge, a towing service, a website and now repairs hybrid vehicles. They were able to get me in quickly and was done even quicker. They were courteous and suggested some things I could do, but didn't try to charge me 3 times as much for better oil or a filter etc, like most of the typical places do. Would definitely suggest them.

I needed an adjustment on my new muffler and it was done with an eye to solving the fit problem that had arisen. In other words, the fix was not done just to make it good enough, but to do what it took to eliminate the problem. And they did it on their dime as part of a customer-satisfaction approach. Like I told them, "I'll be back again... with another car!"

You guys are always the best!! I have two very high mileage vehicles, and you have always helped me to make the best cost/ value decision in keeping these vehicles running and on the road. Thanks for being open on Saturday's as well. I have never recommended any repair shop before until now.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Someone even told me how to eliminate the burning smell when I run the heater and I have asked 4 other mechanics and they couldn't find a solution!

Ken's is the BEST! I wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else for service or repairs. They don't just advertise good customer service, they deliver excellent customer service. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and remembers your name even when you haven't been there for awhile. Thanks!
