The great people at Ken's kept my "older" car running for 12+ years. I just brought them a "new to me" car that I plan to keep for many years, with their help. They have been wonderful when any car emergency came up, always fitting me into their busy schedule. Last month Scott happily put on his mechanic's suit and fixed my car ASAP. I appreciate their dedication to good service and a friendly atmosphere all around.

For some reason it took almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and to check a tire for a leak. Seemed like it could have done faster. Weather was bad and it made for a challenging drive up the mountain in the dark and snow. Kendall and Scott are always pleasant and helpful.

Guys were great! Had a muffler done and had some issues with the repair. They totally took care of the issue with grace, which speaks to their honesty and integrity. Would use them again, great job.

I have had Ken's service my truck several times. Always a job well done at a fair price. The last time involved some complex electrical debugging of a fault in my trailer wiring - nicely done, problem solved. I would definitely recommend Ken's for all your automotive needs.

I first brought our motor home to Ken's back in 2001 and Ken himself saved me a couple of hundred dollars by fixing the double exhaust by installing a single exhaust system. Since then I have brought all of our vehicles to Ken's for service and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and they have dealt with any warranty issues and then some. Scott and his staff work very hard at making my life a lot easier especially as I get older as I don't even like doing oil changes anymore!

Simple job: check back pressure of cat!Very fair price and consistent with phone quote. Receptionist was friendly, mechanic was knowledgable and helpful however he was not able to do the work as discussed on the phone. The tool adapter normally used was broken and He had to improvise. Buy the tool fitting, its only about $20. I am still happy. I loved your free inspection service and really liked the emailed info sent about my truck! I do however feel guilty receiving your $25 card when my bill was only $27 in the first place. But I will use it and definitely refer your shop. Thank you & Merry CHRISTmas.
