Quick service, great price

My family has been dealing with Ken's for twelve to fourteen years, the service continues to be the best. Scott and everyone always has time to help, this past Thursday I took my vehicle in for an oil change, transmission service, and a recharge on my A/C. About an hour later Kendall called to tell me that the transmission did not need to be serviced, did I want to service it anyway? What service, fair and fast, what more can you ask for? The auto dealerships should hire this people to teach them what customer service is all about.

Had them do some work... very happy with with weld (Clean)... will be going back in the future

Have been working with Kens Automotive Repair since 2008, Scott the owner has always been great to work with, always up front and always accountable for quality of service. Front office staff are very service orientated and customer friendly. Mechanics/Technicians are cut out of the same cloth, the do an excellent job.

You folks always go beyond to help solve problems and get necessary repairs done very fast. Thank you.

Even though I was there for almost 8 hours for a brake job, they ran into a few problems and did everything possible to save me $ and worked late so I would get my truck back that day

Had a battery and alternator replaced, and the technician spent the extra time to resolve an electronic lock issue that occurred due to removing power from the computer. Thanks for the extra effort!
