Me and my stepdad have been going to Kens for well over 10 years with multiple vehicles. Recently we both felt that their quality of service has dropped significantly. For instance, I had a full exhaust system done with them for my truck, (which is what they are known for) the welds were absolutely horrible on the exhaust and broke within the first month when I brought the truck in they didn’t apologize whatsoever and only decided to cover it because it was under warranty. My stepdad also brought his truck in awhile ago for routine service. While it was there one of their technicians damaged The valve stem completely ruining one of his rims. They released the truck to him like this, and he had to figure out for himself that The valve stem was destroyed. After bringing it back to them, they said they would give Him money for a new rim which was ridiculous as they should buy an install the rim there self's which eventually they did with persuasion. As much as a pains me to say this, please don’t go here they overcharge and do not care about doing right by there customers.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Izaak. We take concerns like this seriously, especially from long-time customers. In April of 2025, at the time of your exhaust repair, the issue you described was addressed under our warranty, which exists specifically to protect our customers if a concern arises. While we regret that the situation was frustrating, we did stand behind our work and corrected it accordingly. Regarding the wheel damage you mentioned, any issue caused during service should always be brought to our attention immediately so it can be resolved promptly and transparently. Our goal is never to release a vehicle in unsafe condition, and when problems are identified, we work to make them right. We did pay for the wheel as that was the requested resolution. We strive to provide honest, high-quality service and clear communication to every customer. If you would like to discuss these concerns further, we invite you to contact the shop directly so we can address them appropriately.
