Went in for a simple muffler replacement on my 16 year old pick up. The last shop I had been to said the muffler connection had rusted away and needed to be replaced ($400-500 cost), so I brought it to Ken's. In a matter of a few minutes, they evaluated the exhaust system and told me the exhaust pipe was actually the culprit. Instead of special ordering a new expensive muffler, they said the could cut off the old pipe flange, re-flange the pipe, and have it together again inside of an hour. For less than $200! I had the time, so I approved the project, and they got busy. Within 15 minutes of the start of a project, I received a text from Ken's Muffler, that outlined a 37 point inspection (with a photo of my vehicle!) they had performed showing me the condition of critical components of the truck. The only thing they identified as needing immediate attention was the roof rear tail light, which was burnt out. I asked them to repair that, and they did. 56 minutes later, my truck was ready to go, exhaust repaired and roof tail light operational. Less than $180 all in.
