I reevaluated my earlier response and am coming back with a 5-star rating. As I drove my vehicle more after getting it back from Ken's I discovered that they had fixed a long-standing problem that a radiator specialist company had been unable to fix, and I'm delighted that that improvement was made in addition to the other problems I had experienced with this old Blazer. Thanks for your good diagnostic work and follow-through.
