Very disappointed. I initially left a good review for the service...they were able to get us in for a repair the same day. Later came to find they had put in aftermarket spark plugs and so the problem came back. I was also overcharged for a wiring kit that wasn't replaced in addition to the overcharge of the specific spark plugs that should have been installed.

They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and have your best interest in mind for keeping your vehicle moving safely down the road.

Scott is always ready and willing to help with any situation he possibly can with your car. And he's always happy and friendly.

I am pleased with the service I received at Ken's. The information I received about my car was thorough and complete. I appreciate that they didn't try to talk me into more work than was necessary but gave me the full picture and then advised me on what was critical vs. not immediate. They also were able to answer many additional questions I asked without skipping a beat. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone.
