Been there twice now for some misc exhaust work both times I was treated well and satisfied with the work.

Everyone at Kens Muffler was great. Very personal and professional. They did a great job on our Jeep and didn't try to see me anything I didn't need. I am an ASE Master technician myself and do most of my own work, but I don't have an alignment rack. Ken's Muffler went out of their way to do a great job and their costs are very reasonable.

I had exhaust work done on my truck. Wasn't happy with the previous work by another shop. The shop installed the muffler under the cab ( heat and noise). I dropped my truck off at scheduled time. With in 30 minutes Ben the mechanic working on my truck consulted with me and my concerns. He suggested the MagnaFlow muffler. He said it would be about 90 minutes to remove and replace existing exhaust. I inspected the work and was impressed. You literally have to crawl under the truck to even see the exhaust pipe and muffler. Perfect. Ben installed the muffler under the box where it belongs. As for sound it has a good rumble. Not loud and obnoxious. One can have normal conversation while driving city/highway.

Very professional and efficient

I took my truck in for an alignment and they got me in right on time. I also was under a time constraint so I could pick up my kid from school and they had me out right on time! Great job and very professional.
