I want to let it be know that service at Ken's Automotive Repair is much more than an experience. They have provided PEACE within a storm of car issues. They have helped in ways that are not just car repairs. They have never made me feel uncertain or doubtful about what has to be fixed. I myself and a family member require transportation due to disabilities along with terminal illnesses. The team at Ken's have gone over and beyond my expectations. They take the pressure of how do I get back home, how do I go pick the car up after repairs! Also they have helped calm my nerves down about possibly buying a problematic vehicle. Ken's Automotive Repair has made a substantial difference in my hope and understanding the inner works of my vehicle. They have a marquis sign that says we work on Hondas and they stand by commitment.

I brought my truck here twice for major repairs. Kens service is second to none. Everyone that works at this establishment is highly professional, Knowledgeable, and courteous. My truck is important to me and I depend on it to safely get me where Im going. I will be returning to Kens for my future service and repair needs, no questions asked. Thank you for the great work!

Work done quickly and a fair price. Got me in right away

My '55 Thunderbird is my pride and joy. I wasn't satisfied with the exhaust system because it occasionally rattled against the frame. I checked out a couple of shops and was impressed with the attitude of everyone at Ken's, from the counter folks to the techs to the owner. They all treated me like royalty. They asked the right questions and listened to my answers. And more importantly, the work was up to my high standards. The EGR leak was fixed, an "H" pipe and cats were added, and the larger tailpipes were rerouted to clear the frame and suspension. Now it all works as it should and it looks sharp with the chrome tips peaking out from under the rear bumper. I could not be happier with the results.

Ken's muffler is the MOST professional car repair facility I have ever taken my vehicle to. They were very thorough with their diagnosis and went WAY beyond my expectations. I have found my new Go-To car repair facility !

We use Ken's to work on our two church vans and they do a great job meeting our expectations there. However, it was an above and beyond service, they provided yesterday that I want to commend. We had an anonymous individual decide to use the church's parking to change their oil last week and they left behind all the trash and used oil when they finished. Kendall accepted the oil at no charge and we are grateful.

quick and efficient service when i needed it to be done quickly. i really liked the status updates as my car was being worked on. done an hour earlier than i expected. great inspection report with pictures of the various issues my car had. but what really blew my mind? when i picked my car up, there was ice-cold bottle of water in the cup holder compliments of jackson. i’m diabetic and constantly thirsty. i’ll be back in the future, on this you can count.
