Have used Ken's twice for work on my motor home and they always done a very fine job and completed the work without a bunch of calling trying to up-sell me on some additional repair. Latest service was air conditioner recharge and oil change. Another thing I like is you can communicate through mobile phone texting rather than trying to get through on a phone or being put on hold.

I was bummed that it cost 100+ more than the quote. Sounds okay but mileage can't be anticipated yet. I will return for other repairs though.
