I found that the radiator overflow had been left open and the fluid level was too low. I also found that the new block heater was connected to the old power cord. I expected the new heater to come with a new power cord. I am sure that these components are supplied with new power cords because using an old cord may void the warranty.

amazing service, prompt and well informed. the exhaust kit that was installed was completed in a very timely manner, and the tech was willing to talk to me and give me further advice on improving the vehicle. I plan to return for more work in the near future
